Tim Chaffin, mentored us Aug 30, Sept 2 here in Bismarck, ND. Tim is superb. I can now understand why Tim is the MENTOR OF Mentors. My focus is buy to rent… longterm. It’s one of Tim’s specialty. We drove for $$$, sent postcards, set goals, talked to realtors and mortgage brokers, made phone calls, analyzed to see if a property was a deal, and made offers. His style of mentoring is fantastic. He gives of his time unselfishly. I now see the lease-option class as our next class if the hurricanes ever subside.   I took the wholesale class again since then and it was excellent reinforcement for me.   With Kindest Regards,
