Mentoring/Consulting

WELCOME!

Thanks for reading my bio and taking a look at my site!    Here’s more on my business website:   https://yourextremesuccess.com/

Over the years of my investing and business careers I’ve met quite a few characters.  Some share stories of their own experiences and successes, which in time, I’ve learned from.  Some share stories of their experiences where they weren’t so successful and those I learned from as well.  What I’ve found the most valuable is the experiences I’ve had myself along life, yet as I get older and realize I could have saved myself time, energy and money by having someone give me better ‘quality’ direction.  Someone with expertise, knowledge and wisdom to share. . . . a Mentor.

Life gets shorter every day and therefore more valuable.  Some don’t realize it until it’s a bit too late.  No matter where you are in life, it’s never too late to start living the rest of your life to the fullest.  That said, most all successful people have various “Mentors” in their lives that they learn from and have helped them at some point, whether its to help them get started with an endeavor or to take them to another level in any part of their lives that they deem important.  There are personal trainers to help you with physical goals, losing weight, getting ready for some sort of athletic event or becoming a better professional athlete or for rehabilitation.  There are life coaches that help with giving people direction on their spirituality, establishing or improving their relationships and dealing with basic day to day life’s challenges.

Our Real Estate Mentor/Consulting Program focuses on each individual client, to not only assess, advise and assist with establishing realistic investment goals and direction but also to teach and support with finding deals, evaluating deals, structuring deals, expanding portfolios, assisting with setting up your support team, finding investment money, making offers, negotiating, reviewing contracts, business plans, etc.  We cover just about anything and everything except for legal and financial advise that we would not be otherwise qualified to do.

I’ve been investing in real estate since 1985 and have taught and worked one-on-one with thousands of clients from all over the world and in nearly every state of the U.S.  If we can’t do it for you or help you with it, we show you how to find someone who can.  Many of my clients have gone on to increase their income enough to quit their jobs, retire, work their real estate business full time or teach others and give back.  Some have gone on to become trainers and speakers for real estate education companies and there are some that have actually become partners and good friends of mine.  You never know, as I believe, things happen for a reason.

Whether you’re starting off as a new investor and know little to nothing, a seasoned investor who’s looking to expand their portfolio, learn new strategies or creative ways to structure your deals or somewhere in between, it’s worth your time to reach out to me so we can assess how you may be able to reach your goals.  I can help you.

Getting Started.

So, how do the programs work?  The first step is for you to reach out to me sharing your interest.  We will set up a meeting, usually by phone at first, to discuss where you currently are, what you’d like to accomplish and your experience and work background.  From there we do an assessment on your financial background and position, risk tolerance, investing experience and a host of other personal reflection to better help me put together a game plan for you that will get you on the right track to to success.  Once we have that completed, we will go over what plan may be best for you.  We may be able to do it over the phone, via Zoom calls or in some cases it may be best if we meet in the area where you live or want to invest in.

Specific programs

Live Consultations.

By far the most popular, cost and time effective program we offer would be our live consultation where we meet in the location where you want to invest.  There are so many more things we can do first hand and in person.  We can discuss what options may be best for you and your circumstances during our initial call.

If we agree and set you up with a live consultation, we would meet you at the location of choice.  The time period would typically be an average of 8 hour days of working together.  What we do would depend on our plan however it may include, and is not limited to, reviewing homework we may have gave you prior to meeting to help us ‘hit the ground running’, meeting with your support team or help find those people or businesses, meeting with sellers or a real estate agent to look at properties that may be for sale.  We may do some ‘boots on the ground’ marketing, review processes you may have a need for improvement with, evaluate properties and deals, set up financing, make offers on properties, work on your business plan, meet or interview lenders, talk with city departments, planners or officials.  Basically whatever the need is we will do it.  Once we finish up I’ll also have a follow up action plan for you to follow based on our performances during our time together.  Each clients goals are different.  Each clients experience levels are different.  Each clients pace is different.  For these reasons each clients plan will be based on their specific needs, not a cookie cutter, one size fits all method.

Virtual Consultations.

When we do ‘Virtual consultation’, its typically via Zoom, or some other agreeable internet platform.  It will be very similar to the live visit in some aspects, however many of the action items you may have to conduct alone and then we would follow up.  An example would be if you meet with a lender to review loan products or meeting with a city planner to go over questions related to a property we may have an interest in.  We would, however go over the detailed questions you would ask and outline expectations for that meeting beforehand.  If you feel you’re not capable or experienced enough to do the interview, in some cases we may be able to do a call with that third party together.  Everyone’s situation is different so decisions may vary.  Another example would be if you’re looking at a property with the seller or with an agent, I wouldn’t be there of course, so you could take pictures and/or a video of the property and we can review afterwards.  Sometimes it’s better to do things in a live event scenario however either way, whatever it takes, we can make things happen to get things done.  Virtual Consultations are typically 4 to 6 hours in one day or more days in a row or in the same week and vary depending on which package you select and what your needs may be.

Phone Calls.

Call consultations would be the same as zoom calls except we wouldn’t be sharing files or viewing documents or power points together live.  Many times the calls would be intermittent with action items and then follow up afterwards or later.  Some clients prefer to do a few hours a couple days a week.  Some prefer to do 8 hour days.  Some prefer to do an hour per week or as needed.  All of these options are available depending on your situation and needs.  Many of my past clients utilize the Phone calls for follow up beyond our live consulting visit and to help them continue to succeed and grow.

Summary.

You came here to my site for a reason. Whether it was curiosity, interest or specific need, I recommend you follow up so we can discuss where you are and what you really want to get out of life.  After all, the call is free and the rest of the time you have left in your life time is valuable.  How are you going to spend it?
